Reconciliation: the figures that must agree
Every identity checked in front of you.
Finance → Reconciliation. Revenue less refunds equals net revenue; the costs listed add up to the total; the profit equals revenue less every line; the products’ revenue matches the orders’. Each check shows both sides and the difference.
If a check fails, write to support with a screenshot of it — it is the fastest way to find what went wrong.
