The Orders table
What each order left — sorted worst first, so the loss-makers are on top.
Every order in the period with its revenue after refunds, goods, fees and parcel, profit and margin. “Below zero” filters to the orders that cost more than they brought in; the count and what they cost sit above the table.
Profit here is contribution: advertising and fixed costs belong to the month and are not divided across orders.
A small basket pays the same parcel and processor fee as a large one. Loss-making orders usually point to a free-shipping threshold or a minimum order, not to prices.
