Profflow for
agencies

Put every client store on one profit figure, and send reports under your own name.

01 / The question

Report what a client kept, not what an ad claimed

A client judges an agency by what is left after the ads. The agency workspace shows each client’s profit and margin side by side, judges their channels on margin, and produces the report in your agency’s name.

02 / What it does for you

How Profflow helps agencies

  • One screen, every client

Profit, margin and what moved, side by side, for each store a client has given you read-only access to.

  • Reports under your name

A profit report you send to a client as your own, built from their figures.

  • Ads judged on margin

Each channel’s spend against what its orders left, so a report can say what an ad kept, not only what it claimed.

  • A line of income

Partners receive 35% of what the clients they bring pay, for the first 12 months.

  • Access a client grants

A client invites you to read their store; you see what they chose to share, and nothing is changed in their accounts.

  • Alerts across clients

A client’s margin slipping, or an ad spending past its return, is flagged, so you hear about it before the client does.

03 / The features behind it

The parts you will use

Each one is a page of its own, with the working shown.

  • By invitation: the client lets your agency read their store, and you see the figures they have shared.

  • Yes. The workspace produces a profit report in your agency’s name, built from the client’s own figures.

  • Partners receive 35% of what the clients they bring pay, for the first 12 months. The terms are on the Partners page.

  • No. Profflow reads Shopify with read-only access. It proposes moves with their arithmetic and their evidence, and nothing is changed without your approval.

  • Both, and each is marked. A figure read from Shopify, an ad account or a payment processor is measured; a figure that rests on a setting you typed, such as a cost percentage, is an estimate, and the page says how much of the profit rests on each.
