Profflow was born from a simple frustration — Shopify shows you revenue, but never your real profit. We decided to fix that.
Our Story
Started with a €18,000 mistake.
A store owner we knew had a record month — €18,000 in Shopify revenue. He celebrated. Told his friends. Then sat down at the end of the month to do his finances in Excel.
After 4 hours of manual calculations — ad spend, returns, Shopify fees, logistics — he realised he had made €2,300. Not €18,000.
That story is not unique. We heard it from dozens of EU store owners. So we built Profflow — one screen, real numbers, no Excel.
