Launched
Profflow goes live
profflow.co is live — full product site with pricing, FAQ and the founding offer: intro pricing for the first stores, limited spots.
Dashboard UI
Core dashboard shipped: real-time profit overview, revenue analytics, expense breakdown by category, invoice manager with VAT support, and expense tracking with recurring costs.
Live Shopify data
Dashboards now run on live store data — orders, revenue, refunds and Shopify fees flow in automatically through a read-only connection.
Financial tools suite
Four interactive tools shipped inside the dashboard: Break-Even Tracker, 6-month Cash Flow Forecast, Scenario Builder and the EU VAT / OSS threshold tracker.
Self-serve checkout & public demo
Founding access went self-serve — Stripe checkout with EU VAT invoices, plus a fully interactive public demo of the dashboard. Try every tool with sample data, no signup needed.
Secure purchase flow
The buy flow is now airtight: an account is always created before payment, checkout is locked to signed-in users server-side, and the plan discount of the time applied automatically with EU VAT handled at checkout. (That intro scheme has since been replaced by a flat price with a free trial.)
Connect your store in 2 minutes
Self-serve Shopify connection with a read-only access token — no install queue, no approval wait. Your real orders now drive the whole dashboard: charts, recent orders, expenses and insights. Plus two-factor authentication, a proper account page, and GDPR data webhooks.
A rebuilt site, and billing you control
The homepage was rebuilt around one question — what did you actually keep — with an interactive breakdown you can try on your own numbers, an honest comparison against Triple Whale, TrueProfit and Polar, and a section on why EU VAT breaks US-built tools. Subscriptions are now yours to manage: cancel, change your card or download any invoice from your account, straight through Stripe.
EU invoicing and revenue that knows where your buyers are
JUST SHIPPEDInvoices are real: every document carries the fields Article 226 of the EU VAT Directive requires, and the VAT treatment follows the buyer — your own rate at home, reverse charge for EU businesses that give a VAT number, the buyer country’s rate under OSS for EU consumers, and no EU VAT outside the union. Revenue now breaks down by product and by destination country, each at its own rate, and shows how much of the €10,000 OSS threshold you have used before it becomes a problem.
In progress
Meta Ads and Google Ads, connected
Ad spend pulled straight from Meta and Google instead of typed in by hand — so the profit calendar shows what each day really cost you in traffic, and ROAS is measured against profit rather than revenue. Build starts this week.
Founding member onboarding
Personally onboarding our founding stores — connecting Shopify, tuning cost categories, and turning their feedback straight into fixes.
Coming soon
Profflow on iPhone
Your profit for today and the profit calendar on the phone in your pocket. This one is further out than the rest of this list and carries no date: an App Store listing costs a developer account every year, and that is money better spent on the product until there are customers to spend it for. It moves up the moment that changes.
More ad platforms
Beyond Meta and Google: TikTok Ads, Pinterest and Snapchat, so every euro you spend on traffic lands in the same profit figure no matter which platform it came from.
Planned
Multi-store & PDF reports
Manage all your Shopify stores from one dashboard. Monthly PDF profit reports ready for your accountant or investors.
Public launch
Full public launch. All core features stable, onboarding polished, subscriptions live for everyone.
AI profit insights
Smart recommendations — when to scale ads, which products drain profit, where to cut costs. Built on your real data.
