A figure looks wrong
Three checks before you write to us.
- Open Reconciliation. If a check fails, that is where the difference is.
- Check the badge on the figure: an estimate uses your rates, so a wrong rate gives a wrong figure.
- Check the date range and your time zone.
Still wrong? Write to hello@profflow.co with the screen, the period and what you expected. A wrong figure is the most important bug there is in this product.
