Profflow for
store owners

Shopify tells you what came in. Profflow tells you what stayed — after goods, shipping, fees, refunds, ads and tax — for every day, order and product, and what to do about it.

01 / The question

See what stayed, not only what sold

Most owners read sales and an ad dashboard and carry a guess about margin in their head. Profflow reads the same orders and works out the rest, line by line, and says which lines it measured and which it estimated.

02 / What it does for you

How Profflow helps store owners

  • Net profit, every day

Each day as one calculation, so a good month cannot hide three days that lost money.

  • Measured against estimated

Every cost line says whether it was read from a source or is a setting you typed, and how much of the profit rests on each.

  • Where the cash is heading

A projection for the next 60 days from the store’s own figures: payouts, ads, stock and fixed costs on the days they land. It is not a bank balance.

  • Three decisions a week

The moves worth most, each with its arithmetic, its source, what it is worth in money and how sure the figures are.

  • Which channel brings margin

Ads and channels judged on what their orders left, not on the clicks or the return a platform reports.

  • Break-even, before you spend

How many orders pay for the ads and the fixed costs this month, and what one price rise or one cost cut would add.

  • Your Shopify store, read-only. Ad accounts, payment processors and your costs are optional; each one you connect turns an estimate into a measurement.

  • Yes. Free shows your real net profit for the last 30 days, for one store and up to 50 orders a month, with no card and no end date.

  • Both, and each is marked. A figure read from Shopify, an ad account or a payment processor is measured; a figure that rests on a setting you typed, such as a cost percentage, is an estimate, and the page says how much of the profit rests on each.

  • No. Profflow reads Shopify with read-only access. It proposes moves with their arithmetic and their evidence, and nothing is changed without your approval.

  • No. Profflow prepares figures an accountant can check. It does not file returns or give tax advice.

  • Where a unit cost is missing, cost of goods runs at the store percentage you set, and the page says that part of the profit is an estimate. Enter costs for the products that sell most and it narrows.
