1. Acceptance of terms

By using Profflow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of Profflow.

2. Description of service

Profflow is a profit tracking and financial analytics tool for Shopify store owners. We provide a dashboard showing real net profit, expense breakdowns, cash flow forecasts, and invoice generation. Where you connect them yourself, Profflow also reads your payment and advertising accounts so that the fees and ad spend it reports are the ones those platforms recorded rather than figures you typed.

3. Account registration

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Profflow
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account without our permission

4. Connected accounts

By connecting your Shopify store, you grant Profflow read-only access to your store data. We use this data solely to provide the Profflow service. You can revoke access at any time from your Shopify admin.

The same applies to any payment or advertising account you connect: access is read-only, it is used only to produce your own figures, and you can disconnect it from Profflow or revoke it at the platform at any time.

5. Payments and billing

• All card payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never store your card details
• If you installed Profflow from the Shopify App Store, your subscription is billed through Shopify on your Shopify invoice rather than by card, at the same plan price. Approving, changing or cancelling it is done from your Shopify admin, and the Shopify terms that govern app charges apply to it
• Prices are shown and charged in the currency of the storefront you subscribe from — euro, pound sterling or US dollar. Where VAT applies, the price shown includes it at the rate applicable to you, and entering a valid EU VAT number at checkout shifts the invoice to the reverse charge; a business outside the EU is normally outside EU VAT
• A new account has 7 days of free access from the day it is created. No card is required to start it and no subscription exists during it; access ends when the days do unless a subscription is started
• A subscription bills monthly in advance at the plan price shown at sign-up, from the day it starts
• The live demo at /demo is free and creates no subscription; it needs no account and asks for no card
• Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and continue to the end of the period already paid for
• We reserve the right to change pricing for new customers; a change never alters the price of a subscription already running, and never applies to a month already paid for

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time; you will not be billed again and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We generally do not refund the current month once it has started. If you were charged in error, contact us at hello@profflow.co and we will make it right. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Profflow for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service to harm, harass, or defraud others
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

8. Intellectual property

Profflow and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Profflow Analytics OÜ and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership over your store data.

9. Limitation of liability

Profflow is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Profflow is an analytics tool and does not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of significant changes. Continued use of Profflow after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
