Returns by product
Return rate, how many went back on the shelf, and the goods lost.
Planning → Stock & costs. Per SKU: units sold and returned, the return rate, units restocked, and the cost of goods that did not come back. A product with a high return rate and little restocked is usually a sizing or description problem.
