Tax reports: zero-rated, exempt, by product and channel
The Reports tab of the Tax centre.

- Margin with and without VAT.
- Zero-rated exports and exempt sales, with CSV.
- VAT by product type and by sales channel.
- Orders charged a rate that is not their country’s, reduced-rate lines excepted.
- VAT never charged, by country and quarter — what a voluntary disclosure would cover.
- Late-payment interest on an amount and a number of days.
VAT detail
The tab beside Reports. When the VAT counts — by order date, as the returns use, or by payment, as cash accounting does — and how much of it lands after the period on your payout delays. Orders not yet paid, cash on delivery included. VAT by where the sale was placed (online, point of sale, manual or draft orders) and by what it was (one-time, subscription, pre-order). Gift cards sold, which stay out of the VAT until they are spent. The VAT inside the shipping your customers paid. Lines given away at no price, with their cost. And at the border: parcels into the EU over €150 that were charged VAT at checkout as well, and UK parcels up to £135 sent without UK VAT.
For a UK shop: whether cash accounting is open to you, and the instalments of annual accounting from last year’s VAT bill. These are prepared figures for you or your adviser — Profflow does not file them.
Companies
If you run more than one company, each is its own Profflow account with its own store; invite the email you sign in with to the other account as a member with access to the figures. The Companies tab then reads each one: its VAT at home and through OSS, and its own €10,000 OSS line — the threshold belongs to each company. Totals across companies stay in each currency. Companies in the same country are shown as one VAT group would be. A transfer between companies, or to your own branch in another country, shows the general rule and the VAT that moves; record it to keep the list. The treatment of a given transfer, and whether a group is open to you, is for your adviser.
