Invite your accountant and set roles
Owner, Admin, Finance, Marketing or Viewer.
Plan & billing → Members. Invite by email and choose a role: Owner, Admin, Finance, Marketing or Viewer. Finance suits an accountant: figures and exports. Only roles with settings access can change costs. An invitation expires after 14 days.
Each member signs in with their own account, and their changes are recorded in the activity log under their name.
