CSV from any screen, a full archive, the API, a Postgres warehouse and Google Sheets.

  • Any section: its own CSV button.
  • Everything: a full archive of your figures, orders and settings, with a readme.
  • API keys (Settings → Your data): read your figures from your own tools.
  • Warehouse: sync orders, products and the P&L into your own Postgres database every night.
  • Google Sheets: the script adds =PROFFLOW("profit", "2026-09-01", "2026-09-30") to any cell — revenue, refunded, vat, cogs, fees, shipping, contribution, orders, ads or profit. Answers are kept for six hours.

“Profit” in the Sheets formula is what the orders kept less ads, before fixed costs.
