Your first thirty minutes
The short list that turns a revenue figure into a profit figure you can act on.
- Settings → Your business: pick the country you operate from. It sets your currency and VAT rate.
- Settings → VAT & tax: confirm whether your Shopify prices include VAT.
- Settings → Product costs: enter your cost of goods percentage, shipping and packaging per order.
- Settings → Fees & overheads: enter your payment fee percentage and fixed fee.
- Products: enter the unit cost of your ten best sellers. Those orders become measured.
- Integrations: connect your ad accounts so ad spend is measured by day.
The setup checklist on the dashboard tracks these and disappears when they are done.
