What Profflow does
Shopify reports what came in. Profflow reports what stayed — after VAT, goods, fees, ads, refunds and your overheads.
Profflow reads your Shopify orders and takes off everything that is not yours to keep: the VAT inside a European price, the cost of the goods, payment and platform fees, shipping and packaging, refunds and chargebacks, ad spend, and the fixed costs you pay every month. What is left is your real net profit.
It answers four things: what really stayed, which channel brought margin rather than clicks, where your cash is heading over the next weeks, and what is worth doing next.
Measured or estimated
Every figure says where it came from. A cost read from your orders or a connected account is measured. A percentage you typed in Settings is an estimate, and the screen says so. The more you connect and cost, the more of the dashboard becomes measured.
Profflow is read-only by default. It does not change your store, your ads or your prices unless you approve an action it shows you.
