01 / How it is worked out
The formula
Formula
Each day ahead = the expected net cash of that weekday, from the store’s history, with the range its history allows
Example
A store that keeps €80 on an average Tuesday and €140 on an average Saturday is projected day by day, not at one daily average — and the range widens the further out it looks.
02 / Why it matters
What it changes in a decision
Profit on a report is not money in the bank: payouts arrive later than orders, stock is paid for before it sells, and VAT collected is owed to the tax office.
A forecast built on the store’s own days shows when cash runs short before it does — in time to move an order to a supplier or a budget.
