Profflow
Net profit after every cost, day by day
A finished financial model of one store. Fixed screens, no building required.
Profflow connects to the accounts a store already runs — the store platform, the ad accounts, the payment processors — and reads them. Nothing is written back; every connection is read-only, and stays read-only.
What comes back is put through one model: revenue, refunds, VAT, cost of goods, payment and platform fees, advertising and fixed costs, resolved to the day an order was placed rather than the day money moved. Costs carry the date they changed, so a month that has closed keeps the figures it closed with.
The result is a single figure with its arithmetic attached. Every number on every screen can be opened to the lines beneath it, because a profit figure nobody can check is a profit figure nobody will act on.

Polar Analytics
One warehouse and 400+ pre-built metrics to build reports on
A data platform: your own warehouse, a metric layer, and whatever you assemble on top.
Polar connects your sources, lands the data in a Snowflake database dedicated to you, and exposes it through a semantic layer of more than 400 pre-built ecommerce metrics. Every plan includes that warehouse, the pixel, unlimited users and unlimited history — the platform is the product.
Profit is a metric in that layer rather than the point of it. Their help centre is explicit: the ready-made Gross Profit is Net Sales minus Cost of Products, Gross Margin is that over Net Sales, and “by default, these metrics do not include expenses or marketing costs”.
Costs that do not come through the store platform — logistics, marketing spend, anything else — are imported through their expense and spend spreadsheet templates, and folding marketing spend into a profit figure means building a custom metric that re-creates the formula yourself.
Built for Ecommerce brands with somebody who owns data and reporting.
