Refund Policy

1. Cancelling your plan

Profflow is a monthly subscription with no lock-in. You can cancel anytime from your account settings — you won’t be billed again, and you keep access until the end of the month you’ve already paid for.

If you installed Profflow from the Shopify App Store, the subscription sits on your Shopify invoice rather than on a card, and it is cancelled from your Shopify admin instead. The rest of this policy applies to it in the same way.

2. Refunds

We generally don’t provide partial refunds for the current month once it has started, since you keep full access until the period ends. If you were charged in error, or something went genuinely wrong, email hello@profflow.co and we’ll make it right.

3. How to request a refund

Email hello@profflow.co from the address on your account and describe the charge. We review every request personally and reply within a couple of business days.

4. When you’ll get your money back

• Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days
• A card payment is refunded to the original payment method via Stripe. A subscription billed through the Shopify App Store is credited by Shopify against that invoice, because that is where the charge was made
• It typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank
• Refunds are issued in the original currency of payment

5. Seeing it before you pay

A new account has 7 days of free access from the day it is created, on your own figures, with no card asked for. Nothing is charged during it and no subscription exists until you start one; a subscription then bills from the day it starts, at the price shown when you signed up, VAT included. Before even that there is the live demo: the complete product running on a demonstration month, free, with no account and no card, so the decision can be made before any money moves. The no-lock-in cancellation terms above apply from the first month.

6. After you cancel

When your access ends, any data connected to your account is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. You’re welcome to subscribe again later at the pricing available at that time.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights as a consumer. Anything offered here is in addition to any rights you have under the consumer protection law that applies where you are.
